Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design and build solar energy systems
2. Plan and oversee installation teams
3. Act as the primary contact between the company and client during the construction phase
4. Supervise the entire construction process up to handover
5. Assign team for troubleshooting
6. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
7. Identify and address safety risks, ensuring compliance with EHS requirements
8. Conduct quality reviews throughout the project
9. Ensure smooth project delivery and system activation
10. Support continuous improvement for project processes
11. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years experience working in same field and position

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work effectively under pressure

-A self-starter who is able to work independently, take initiative and works well in a team

-Proficient in MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
2. Conduct site survey including shading analysis, energy production estimates, and structural evaluations.
3. Prepare system layout
4. Evaluate solar system components (e.g., panels, inverters) for efficiency, cost, and suitability
5. Prepare technical documentation including wiring diagrams, system proposals, technical proposal, MR and bill of materials.
6. Ensure installation team comply with safety standards and environmental regulations.
7. Work closely with sales teams, installation team, clients, main con, building owner etc. to integrate solar systems into building designs.
8. Oversee installation processes, ensuring technical accuracy and safety.
9. Conduct performance analysis and system troubleshooting.
