No, your electricity supply will not be disrupted. The switch is purely an administrative transfer of your account by 3TEL Solar. SP PowerGrid Ltd, licensed by the EMA as the transmission agent, ensures the physical delivery of electricity to your premises on behalf of SP PowerAssets Ltd. Regardless of your chosen retailer, you will continue to receive the same high-quality, safe, and reliable electricity supply.

You will first incur an Early Termination Charge for the address you are leaving. Additionally, there will be an Administrative Cost of $27 (including GST) and an Account Closure fee of $10.80 (including GST).

SP Group reads the meters every two months and estimates your consumption during the months when the meters are not read. Any difference between the estimated and actual consumption will be adjusted in your next bill once the meters are read.
